Brinkmann Charcoal Smoker

We have enjoyed the smoker so far. The first time we used it we had trouble keeping the heat at the desired level. I believe it is something that we will enjoy more each time we use it, as we experiment with different types of food. We found out that where you place the smoker makes a difference as well. Keep it out of the wind because it causes the smoker to cool off.

ANYONE WHO DISHES THIS PIT HAS NO CLUE.A 5 YEAR OLD COULD COOK ANY CUT OF MEAT IN 1HR 15 MIN.WATER TRAY ADDS MOISTURE AND REMOVED AFTER 1HR GETS THE FIRE BACK UP.BEST I HAVE EVER OWNED.MY PROBLEM IS FINDING IT AGAIN.TARGET HAD IT BUT NO LONGER DOES.I GOT A SPARE STILL IN THE BOX.10 MORE YEARS OF WORRY-FREE Q-ING.

WORST PACKAGING EVER

Item arrived in a "box" that had two sides missing. It's a gift, so I'm just hoping that all the parts are still with the product, which is assembly required!

Terrible

It rusted out right away. The charcoal burned right through the metal in fact. Also, the temperature gauge broke within a few uses.
